I am a radiologist, a medical doctor who uses noninvasive imaging – x-ray, CT and MRI in particular – to look inside of the human body and diagnose disease. These same technologies can be adopted for artistic purposes when nonhuman objects are instead imaged. This is how I spend my days during the rare moments when no patients need to be scanned.
